This is a 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet complex with 2 communal pools and several communal barbeque areas. There is a commercial centre within walking distance of the apartment where you will find a supermarket, shops, bars, etc. Moraira town centre and beach are just 5 minutes away by car.
The apartment is perfect for small families with children. With a double bedroom and a twin bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living area this apartment sleeps 4 - 5. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all essentials.
Outside The apartment has a private terrace overlooking the gardens and one of the two communal pools, there is also a second larger terrace shared with the neighbours. The large gardens are very well maintained and have several barbeque areas within them for everyone to use.
Coast/Beach The beach of Moraira is less than 5 minutes drive away, you also have the option of continuing from Moraira towards Calpe where you can stop off at numerous smaller beaches and bays.
Golf There are 2 9-hole courses within 10 minutes of the apatment and an 18-hole course designed by Jose Maria Olazabel less than 20 minutes away. All 3 courses are open to everyone to 'pay and play', however it is recommended that you carry a handicap certificate with you. The prices for 18 holes are as follows: Ifach Calpe: 35 euros (9-hole course). Javea: 50 euros (9-hole course). La Sella Pedreguer: 70 euros (18-hole course).
Travel Both Alicante and Valencia airports are about an hour's drive away. Car rental is recommended (see our links for best deals), however it is not vital as there is a taxi office within walking distance of the apartment.
