This beautiful 5 bedroom villa with a heated pool is situated on the outskirts of Moraira just a short drive from the town and beaches. It sleeps 12-14 people.

The villa is split into two independent apartments making it ideal for two families holidaying together.

The top floor has 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. The 2ndbedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes and the 3rdbedroom has twin beds and again fitted wardrobes. There is a sofa bed in the lounge so it can comfortably sleep 8 people. The large kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher. The spacious lounge/dining room leads out to a large covered terrace from which you can enjoy the most beautiful sea, mountain and valley views.

The lower floor has 2 double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes and a sofa bed in the lounge and so will comfortably sleep upto 6 people. The lounge/dining area is bright and airy and has an American style kitchen. The lounge opens onto a lovely patio area which overlooks the pool and BBQ area.

The pool and BBQ area are well equipped with sun loungers and garden furniture. The upstairs apartment has English TV including BBC1, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky sports 1 & 2 and others. There is also air conditioning in some of the rooms.

Amenities:
The villa is only a 5 minute drive from Moraira town and its beaches restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Golf:
There are three golf courses in the area, Club de Golf Javea and Club de Golf Ifach, both with 9 holes and Club de Golf La Sella,Denia with 18 holes. Club de Golf La Sella is a Championship course and driving range designed by Seve Ballesteros
