There is a covered terrace outside the living dining room that overlooks the pool with a table and chairs for ‘Al Fresco’ eating. Steps lead down from the terrace to the large and spacious pool area and well maintained garden. There are sunloungers and sunshades around the pool and a permanent BBQ.

The bright living dining room is furnished with a sofa and armchairs, dining table and chairs, SAT T.V.and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped inclusive of oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, toaster, electric kettle and microwave. The washing machine is situated in the outhouse along with extra fridge freezers.

The three bedrooms are all twins one has bunk beds and all have built in wardrobes. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite shower room and there is also a family bathroom.

There is easy car parking at the villa.

There are three golf courses in the area, Club de Golf Javea and Club de Golf Ifach, both with 9 holes and Club de Golf La Sella,Denia with 18 holes. Club de Golf La Sella is a Championship course and driving range designed by Seve Ballesteros
