The pool is totally private and measures 5 metres wide x 10 metres long and is heated when necessary. The garden has mature trees, palms and shrubs. The extensive lawns give ample space to relax for those not wishing to congregate around the pool.

Coast/Beach
The sandy beaches of Javea are just 4 km away. A more secluded but stony beach is at Cumbre del Sol just 3km away with other sandy beaches at Moraira and El Portet about 8 km away.

Golf
Javea golf course is opposite the villa and has nine holes. There is also a new 18 hole course the other side of Javea built by Nick Faldo and several other courses within easy driving distance.

Travel

Further details
Benidorm with its theatres, night clubs and bars is 30 mins away by motorway. Javea has wonderful restaurants and a couple of night clubs. Javea and Moraira are not over commercialized but offer plenty of boutiques, supermarkets and restaurants. The Javea Arenal offers a long promenade and a large sandy beach with activities for children. Wind surfing, sub aqua and other water sports are available.
